Marissa and Jason have their dream neighborhood, their dream yard and their dream neighbors...but NOT their dream home. They moved to Georgia to be closer to their friends and family but had to give up their gorgeous new home in south Florida. From finishes to fabrics, they had customized their last home down to the smallest details and now they find themselves in a home that is older than they are. While the past owners did some brief updates, the choppy flow, small enclosed spaces and lack of luxury are driving the need for a complete overhaul. 

The kitchen is the worst layout and the couple even jokes that they can’t even open the fridge and the oven at the same time. They would LOVE to open up the  typical 80’s floor plan and really create a space that they can host large gatherings for their much loved neighborhood. 

Jason jokes about how “bougie” Marissa is but when it comes down to it, she knows he loves the lux life as much as she does. From their vacations at 5 star hotels to their choices in clothing, they love high end things. While they both love to splurge, they are well aware that their budget has a cap and they need to stick to it!
