 Carla and Rondee live in Canton, Georgia and have a 21 and an 18 year old son. While they “slapped some lipstick” on their kitchen a few years ago, they long for an open floor plan with an updated, bright and modern kitchen that will feel high end and organized. Parents of two kids in college, they want their dream home but they also have to be incredibly conscious of budget. With high end modern taste, they want to overhaul the kitchen and living space. Knock down the wall that is between the two rooms and even possibly expand into the garage to create a walk in butlers pantry. 

Carla hopes to add more cabinet and pantry space, update to high end appliances (gas range stove, and industrial oven), and She also wants to add lighter colored more sleek cabinets. Their living space hasn't been touched since moving into the home 15+ years ago and they are both over the dated early 2000’s look.
