Elise and Reed have been married for 4 years, are expecting their first child and just bought Elise’s grandfather’s home! Elise grew up just through the woods from her grandfather, so after his passing at the age 99, she was torn when it came time to sell his house. Her father put the house on the market, and within a day decided she wanted the house for her and Reed. Both Elise and Reed love the potential and bones of the home, just need help getting it to be the home that’s perfect for them. 

The two hope to renovate the french country styled home’s kitchen, master bathroom, and change all the flooring to hardwoods. Elise is relatively open minded with her style, she knows what she doesn’t like- and prefers darker more modern kitchens. Reed also likes a more masculine look, with darker, natural colors and leather but is still open towards Elise’s wants. The two agree they want high end quality appliances.
